Corn Doll History

In old pagan Europe, it was believed that there was a spirit of the grain, which effectly became homeless every time the harvest came. The tribes would make intricate dolls out of the grain to give the spirit a home over the winter, and then would return the doll to the earth in the spring.

“Watching what you eat ought to include knowing what what you ate.”
